hey everyone

im currently doing nothing at work. waiting for my boss to analyse the work ive done and hopefully not reprimand me too much for the many errors that i obviously made, judging from the serious discussion he's having with the manager in the office.

sheesh im only an intern!!!! -_-

for those who dont know.. i've given up 2 1/2 months of my holidays to work at Great World.. a pharmeceutical company.. the main reason i chose this place is.. it's 5min away from my house! haha. but it's so darn boring. i was falling asleep at my desk in the first wk.. i had to listen to my ipod so tt i can keep my eyes open. ohwells. luckily i have internet connection and my desk is at a little corner.. hehe.

im supposed to post pictures of redang up but.. im at work so no pix yet.. i'll put them up before i conk out on my bed at home k! pig! u shd put up pix of yr bday! if not i will.. *uncensored* muahahaha. i'll give u 2 days. heh.

mad! i hope u liked our little present. hee. u can wear it and post a picture up too! oOOOoOh. hehe.

hey guys....i have so much running through my head now...it's not the time of the month but i'm feeling weirdly emotional.. =(

somehow everything just doesnt seem like they're falling in place...i know i should be happy that i'm going to america (trust me..i am..and very excited..) but as the day draws nearer..i'm feeling just like how i felt before coming to aust..just that probably worse...i love aust..i love the people..the culture...the weather..america on the other hand...i've never been...furthermore..i'm going 2 somewhere ulu where collin isnt even gonna be living right beside me =( plus..i have to say goodbye to another group of friends...i cant keep doing this...it's killing me seriously...saying goodbye to pple i love is definitely not my area of expertise...

and it dawned upon me last night that..this is like my last 2 wks with my jap class...i love my jap class to bits..it's the only class yoo go in and every single person's your friend...coz we've all done the first 3 semesters together..and with jap..it's like 6 hrs a wk..so yoo get to see everyone 3 times a week..which is really awesome...and now i have to do my last sem in america...with a bunch of pple who are probably like us..i'll be that new girl whom everyone will look and go 'omg..who is that girl..i've never seen her b4! what is she doing here!?' i'm so scared guys..i hate being alone..as much as i want this to be an opportunity to step up and become an independent...

and then there's my 21st..which none of yoo will be here for...i've always wanted a big celebration..well not celebration..more so a gathering where like allllllll my friends who have seen me grow...come together...n i was so looking forward to be able to like have a combined celebration with clarisse seah la!! (though i really do feel very upset coz i think we have drifted apart so much... =[ )

and then the exams...i've got a pretty crappy timetable i think...i've got a exam on the very first saturday and one on the very last...i hate it when that happens..i noe i'll not be studying for the last one...instead i'll be thinking of what i wanna do AFTER the exams..urgh..speaking of which..are yoo guys gonna be free in july?? coz i'm thinking..if yoo guys arent free...then i'll probably go back like..later..late july? sigh..i dont know man..i was so excited about heading to america..about being able to see collin..and now...i just have so much on my mind..ok i think i've said that...

i just got back from a 21st bday party...n my head's a little..woooosh..from champagne and UDLS..i really should go to bed..in the past 48 hours..i've had a total of 7 hrs of sleep...so...i'll be back when i'm happier and my mind's clearer...i love yoo guys and i really really miss yoo all heaps... =(

I AM SO CRAZY OVER COLIN AND KERO!!!!

Haha, for those who haven't been as kaypoh, they are these two 17-year old boys who are in a relationship! And get this, they got together like 2 days after they met!! Wahhaha. They are damn cute lah!! I'm almost obsessed. I check their blog everytime I turn on the computer. =P

It's nice to know I'm not the craziest though, there's this "fan site" set up by this guy who I reckon is just trying to publicise his own blog, and I don't think it's thriving haha. And today, I found out that a Yahoo Groups has been set up!! Hahaha. Don't worry, I haven't joined it yet.

Go read their blog! It's damn entertaining, though I think girls are more likely to think so. Heh.

haven't checked back here for awhile and now there're soo many posts!! yay very good... keep it up! btw how come clarrise doesnt post here? does she have an invite? anyway i still cant add my link on the side so if you guys are interested it's at http://heck-it.blogspot.com. but i'm lazy to update nowadays since it's the exam period and everyday's like the SAME, yeahhh... i'm sick of studying!!! and since everyone's complaining abt their degrees let me add in also.. what can i do with a science degree???? ahhaha maybe i'll try my hand at social psych too! (just for the fun of it). and yoke!! dont complain abt your business degree! it's like the only way to get a job when u graduate hahaa.. well i took an introductory sociology course this semester and it's really interesting!! now i want to be a sociologist!! but dont wanna do statistics or conduct surveys though..

well my exams end on the 27th. hey mad u coming back in june or something? i think travelling together would be lots of fun but where are you thinking of going yoke? anyone wants to do something out of the norm like rock climbing? salsa? ahahaha i need something new in my life mann...

by the way everyone i'm going to stockholm next january!!! it's a one-year internship program tt means i'll be delaying graduation for a year. ahaha so maybe we can meetup elsewhere on the globe next year :) i was really overjoyed at first but the excitement has died down a little already so nowadays i'm wondering more abt how i'm going to survive the cold weater there. like -10 deg during winter or something like that. brrrr....

so what shall we do during the hols? maybe we can go work at the same place together. wouldnt that be fun? =) temp jobs are so boring. i wouldnt do it if i dont need the $$.. sigh anyone has any good lobangs share ok?

Ya so, yeah we can kind of specialise, cos your thesis has to be about something specific anyway if you're doing Honours.. Actually I'm not sure if there's any "formal" specialisation we can do aside from taking more of the modules related to that field.. Sigh. I also donno what I wanna do.. Ab's really interesting, but yet I can't imagine people's lives depending on me to get back into shape.. *shirks responsibility* but at the same time, it's really very very amazing and sad how people with such disorders cope with the dysfunction.. A STRONGLY recommended module.. Heh. I can lend you my textbook for you to see see if you like, Yoke. =) Social is quite fun too, but the lecturer made me dislike the module, I didn't study shit for it, and now I can't remember a single thing. haha.

On another note, I noticed that the main page suddenly required a scrollbar, and I realised that's cos our archives have grown longer!! I tried to insert the drop-down option-select bar thingy, but I donno how to make it such that it can select the different months.. Somehow I think it only works with absolute urls, and not when we use the ready-made blogger archive template, so if you guys can figure it out, well and good! If not, we've gotta contend with the fact that we'll need a scrollbar pretty soon.. We can't keep shortening the tagboard! hahaha.

OMG I HATE YOU GUYS..i'm liked deprived of tv series over here. they are totally anti-american or smth..there are hardly any hollywood movies in english and absolutely no tv series on the network. i'm going mad watching the re-runs of gilmore girls and desperate housewives i brought here. i just refused to watch Lost again or i'd die of suspense. and i can't believe you guys are at season2ep17!! i'm at ep10 where we realised Eko was the drug pedaller haha. sheesh.

we must be either too busy or too lazy to blog.. heh.

i woke up today, looked at the amount of things i've to study.. and decided to go online to shop. heh. it's hard to shop with nothing in mind tho.. i just made so many impulse buys last wk.. i bought a mirror(compact kind) for $11! i've no idea what for lah.. sheesh. but it was pretty.. =D and i bought a strawberry body scrub smells so yummy!

my exams are next week.. tues-ethics & social responsibility, thurs-social psychology, sat-management of pple at work. all pretty interesting subjects really but readings are kinda dry =( but then again i cant wait for it to be over yayyyyyyyyyy! i havent planned my hols yet but anyone up for travelling?? hehe. oh wait all u guys are already on or gonna be overseas.. -_- nvm thennnn.. bleah.

talking abt being addicted to drama serials.. im addicted to Lost!!!!! Christine Loke are u catching Lost over there?? you were right.. leaving me hanging at the last episode of season 1 was akin to killing me. -_-
i have downloaded up to season 2 episode 15.. i cant believe they're still not off the island!! the suspense is killing meeeee.....

i always visit the blog particularly when i'm sad cos you guys are bound to cheer me up with your posts. but no one's posted for so long alrdy!! haha.

how's peeps? my exams start at the end of the month, and the sad part is that i found out from one of my smu friends that her exams end even before mine start. how pathetic is that!?! grrrr.

i've so been slacking this sem, and it's only gotten worse, cos all i'm doing nowadays when i should be mugging my ass of is watching DVDs!! watched Pride (jap drama) recently, and that totally sparked off a Takuya Kimura-crazy phase, he's on the wallpaper of my phone now.. haha. and then my friend lent me It Started With A Kiss (taiwanese version) and i hate it when i start out not thinking the guy is cute but the more you watch the more you think so.. blehhhhhh. the jap version of that manga only showed up to like episode 6 of the taiwanese one!! so it's like yay got new story development to watch.. haha.

oh well. good luck for all the tests and assignments and projects and exams babes! we're gonna be year 3 soon.. how gross is that. =P

I feel so proud of myself!

Managed to make some changes even though I know nuts about html-ing. =)))
Found how to show our individual names (maddie might want to change hers now heh), get the title of the post displayed, bolded the date, made the picture of the two girls bigger, edited the margins of the post body and made it wider, so that now we don't have to scroll left/right! Got a tagboard, and I wanted to shift the links to the right side, and have another purple block there but I donno how. =( and couldn't get the exact colour for the text in the tagboard too.. and I donno what else to put aside from the calendar since we don't seem to be using it much either. and I donno how to make it such that only the body of the text scrolls rather than the whole page. oh well. i'll experiment again when I have time.. Feel free to edit whatever you wish ya? I'm just playing around. Heh.

Anyway, here's a picture of sparky! Haha. My dad put that funnel thingy on him (I always think it's called a bonnet, like bonnet-hat or smthg) so that he wouldn't keep licking himself. He looked so poor thing but he doesn't resist when you put it on him and he seems to enjoy it. Haha.

hey girls! it's my 2nd week at uni and i'm back on the coast! =) i'm sorry i havent been blogging much..the past 2 wks have been...busy. it's crazy coz i'm trying 2 catch up with everyone b4 assignments and such start rolling in (yes, contrary to singapore's 1st-wk-already-got-projects system, we do not officially have classes or lectures till the 2nd week. we then get briefed on the assessments for the semester and nothing is really due till the middle or end of the semester. which seriously, works very well for me ;p)

oh n yoo noe what! yoo girls REALLY ought to be here on the coast now. everything's like on SALE! the supre warehouse is having this massive clearance and cute skirts and tops are going for $2.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay i'm really not as amused or amazed as i sound. *ahem* i took a friend there and she went crazy. she didnt even care if they looked good on her. she just bought like a dozen coz they were cheap. haha..seriously, i think yoke and chris will be screaming if they're here.. ;p i'll put some pics up haha...and just the other day. i got a pair of jeans for 2 bucks!!! and there were 1-dollar skirts la!!!!!!! they were too huge for me (which means yoo pple will probs disappear in it or smth) but i should have got them anyway!! and turn them into curtains or like craft stuff. after all, it was just one freaking buck!! grrrrrrrrr! stupid maddie.

college (ie. hall, hostel, dorm whatever) is pretty shit this year though. the hotties (;p) i know are still around thankfully...but my wing has become an all-girls-wing. apparently the admin and much of the college's system has changed and most of us seniors aren't too happy about the changes made. i guess i really should be glad the aussies i first got to know when i arrived here are all still pretty much my good friends and still around for me =)

chris! partying hard? =) yoo should be here la! there was this huge event on thurs night at some place in the valley and allllllll the colleges were there and there was a FIFTEEN-THOUSAND dollar bar tab! how massive is that! ah wells. i'm sure yoo're enjoying urself in france tho =)
